Had lunch at 643 because Mariah's was super busy with a 2 hour wait. Right next door, 643 was surprisingly dead, and we got seated instantly.

I ordered the Chicken pesto sandwich, and it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive.. but the sandwich was presented beautifully, with a custom "643" grill mark on the brioche bun. The sandwich itself was a big dry, flavorless.. but everyone else I was with seemed to enjoy their appetizers.

The environment was clean, and the staff friendly. Overall, it was a good experience but I'll definitely wait for the table at Mariah's next time.

Our expectations were hopefull, but short lived. My wife and I ordered the build your own burger. Mine was ordered medium rare and came out extra well done. It was also missing the basil pesto cream. The fride egg was also cooked to rubber.
My wife ordered a medium...also cooked dry. She also asked for fried green tomatoes that were not on the burger.
I brought this to our waiter who said "I'm so sorry your first experience at 640 was a bad one. Is there anything else I can get you? Or would you like your check?"
Our check was for the full amount, including the missing items with the exception of the fried green tomatoes.
We left over $50 short and only a couple of bits taken. Our check number was 2505 table 82 at 11:57.
This was a very frustrating first and last for us.

The food is "usually" good, but why do I have to wait 10 minutes to be seated when half of the tables are empty? Followed by a 45 minute wait for a cheeseburger.

The band was good the night we were here but I can tell the management has not been able to form a cohesive team.

I get it, Bowling Green can't get out of the habit of visiting boring chain places on Scottsville  Road and that makes it hard to staff a downtown business. But the few staff members you have should be able/willing to provide customer service that would encourage people to make a return visit.

We thought we would give dining in another shot. Same horrible service. Nearly empty restaurant. Took 15 minutes just to place an order. 45 minutes later and still no food. Our order was pretty simple too.

Not good.  Could not even get anyone to acknowledge us at 1:00 PM.   Wanted to eat and support  local but that's hard to do when no one seats you at lunch.
